Been exposed when Newsday uncovered extravagant spending in a new department of Public Safety that has 65 politically connected employees who can't even write tickets to raise revenue.

Had their bond rating downgraded. Standard and Poor's is not confident in the Town's finances and took them down a notch and put them on negative outlook. This WILL cost you money!

The Oyster Bay Democratic Team will:

-Fight to hold the line on taxes by firing unnecessary politically appointed workers. -REFUSE to take pay raises in this economic climate.

-Weed out waste, fraud and abuse in our Town's departments

-Improve our Town's fiscal outlook and restore confidence in our economy.
